Madaraca LLC will address valid copyright infringement claims in accordance with the law.
Only the copyright owner or an authorized representative may submit a notice regarding copyright infringement.
Notices must be submitted in written format to ensure they are received by the designated contact.
1. Identification of the copyrighted work.
2. Identification and location of the allegedly infringing material.
3. Contact information of the notifier, including name and email address.
4. A statement affirming a good faith belief that the use of the material is unauthorized.
5. A declaration made under penalty of perjury confirming the accuracy of the information provided.
6. The physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or their authorized representative.
Individuals whose content has been removed may submit a counter-notice. This response must include their signature, identification of the removed content, a statement of good faith, contact details, and acknowledgment of jurisdiction. The counter-notice will be evaluated upon receipt.
Madaraca LLC reserves the right to disable or terminate accounts of users identified as repeat infringers when necessary.
