How can I cancel my order?

What if I need to change my billing address?
Once your order is confirmed, we are unable to modify the billing address. Please ensure all details are accurate before placing your order.
Where do you ship to?
We ship only within the United States. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping.
When will my order ship and how long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Sat) after payment confirmation. Additionally, delivery typically takes 5–10 business days (Mon–Sat). In total, you can expect your order to arrive within 6–13 business days from order placement, with same-day processing for orders placed before 2:00 PM MST. What shipping options do you offer?
We offer Standard Shipping only. Unfortunately, we do not provide expedited or overnight shipping options. For more details, see our Shipping Policy.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes; orders with a subtotal at or above $75 qualify for free Standard Shipping. For orders below that threshold, a flat Standard Shipping fee of $4.99 applies. All prices are in USD. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
What is your return window?
You can return items within 30 days from the date of delivery for both defective and non-defective products. Items must be new, unopened, and in original packaging. See our Return & Refund Policy for full terms.
Who pays for return shipping?
Madaraca LLC covers the return shipping costs. A prepaid return shipping label will be included in your package, so you will not incur any return shipping fees.
Do you accept exchanges?
Yes, exchanges are accepted within the same 30-day window for new, unused products. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for more details.
How long does a refund take?
Refunds are processed to the original payment method in USD within 5 business days after we receive the returned item. Your bank may take an additional 1–2 business days to reflect the refund on your statement. See our Return & Refund Policy for full terms.
