Framed Muse is a sole proprietorship based in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, operating online as Framed Muse (framedmuse.shop).
How this started
A galvanised arch put up over a Lucknow gate with a jasmine planted at each foot. Three seasons later the plants had done what plants do and the arch came over in one piece one August night, still perfectly rigid, feet and all.
The arch had not failed. The ground fixing had — two short stakes pushed into soft soil, exactly as supplied. Nothing on the listing had said what a mature climber weighs when it is wet, which is the only number that mattered.
The arch holds the plant for one season. After that the ground fixing holds both of them.

Tube gauge and diameter
In millimetres, on every listing. A 16 mm tube and a 25 mm tube photograph identically and behave nothing alike under a mature climber.
Ground fixing described honestly
What is in the box, what it will hold, and when you need concrete instead. Most supplied stakes are for soft soil and a light plant, and we say so.
Coating, and what happens when it chips
Powder-coated over galvanised, or paint over bare steel. The second rusts from the first scratch, and in a monsoon climate that is a two-season product.
Our story

Everything is assembled here at least once. You learn in half an hour whether the connectors line up without being forced — and a connector forced at assembly is the joint that opens in the first storm.
