Payment Policy

There are exactly two ways to pay for an order on Framed Muse — UPI, or cash to the courier on delivery. Everything below explains how each one works.

The two payment methods

UPI. Pay from your own bank account through any UPI application. The transfer is instant, and the confirmation it generates is what releases your order for packing.

Cash on Delivery. Pay the courier in cash when the parcel is handed over. Nothing is taken in advance. Please keep the exact amount ready — delivery agents rarely carry change.

Pricing and tax

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR). What you see on the product page is what you pay, with delivery added separately and always visible before confirmation.

Because turnover here sits below the threshold at which GST registration becomes compulsory, we do not levy GST and cannot issue a GST invoice. Your order confirmation serves as your receipt.

When the payment is taken

An approved UPI request debits straight away and confirms the order. A COD order is confirmed without any payment and settled in cash at delivery.

Occasionally a transfer fails after the debit. Please do not retry the payment — send the reference number to welcome@framedmuse.shop and let us check before anything is paid twice.

Refunds and reversals

Where a refund is due, it is sent back through the channel used to pay. That means the same UPI-linked account, or — for COD orders — a bank account you nominate. Allow 7 business days from approval.

Keeping your payment safe

Nothing about your bank account is kept by Framed Muse. UPI authorisation is done on your device, and we receive a reference number and a result, nothing more.

We will not ask for an OTP, a PIN, or remote access to your phone under any circumstances. Calls of that kind are fraudulent; please report them on +91 7991815375.

Your receipt

Confirmation arrives by email within minutes. It is the proof of purchase for this shop and contains the order number for any later query.

We add no handling or processing charge. The figure you approve is the figure collected.
