Shipping Policy

Read this before ordering if timing matters to you. It sets out the delivery charge, the packing window, the transit window and the limits on where we can send.

What you pay for delivery

Orders of ₹5,999 or more are delivered free anywhere we ship. Below that a flat ₹249 is added, whatever the size of the parcel.

Checkout shows the charge alongside the item total; there is no fee that appears only later.

Timings

Your order is prepared within 1-2 business days. Transit after that runs to 3-8 business days, longer for remote PIN codes than for metros.

These are business days. Holidays, strikes and regional festivals stretch them, and heavy weather can too.

Where we deliver

Framed Muse ships within India only. There is no export service and no forwarding to addresses outside the country.

Most PIN codes are covered, but a few remote ones are not served by our courier partners. Checkout will tell you before payment if yours is one of them.

Getting the address right

Incomplete addresses are the main cause of delays. Include the house or shop number, the area, a landmark, the PIN code and a working mobile number.

If you notice an error, write to welcome@framedmuse.shop straight away — before dispatch we can still fix it.

Tracking

When the courier collects, you get a tracking number by email. Scans sometimes lag by several hours, so an unchanged status on day one is not a problem.

The Track Your Order page takes your order number and email address and shows the current status.

When the courier cannot deliver

Three attempts are standard. If all three fail the parcel comes back here, and we will write to you before sending it out again.

If the transit window has passed with no movement on tracking, email welcome@framedmuse.shop with your order number. We take it up with the courier and keep you posted.

Do not sign for an obviously damaged parcel without opening it. Photograph the box and contents, send them to welcome@framedmuse.shop, and see the Return & Refund Policy.

The way we pack

Protection comes first. The outer box may look unremarkable; what matters is that the contents arrive intact.

Multiple parcels for one order are normal on larger baskets. Tracking references are sent for each.

If you will not be home

If you will be out, say so when the courier calls. A next-day re-attempt is normally free.

When things slow down

Festival weeks add volume to every courier in the country. Expect the 3-8 business days transit figure to be at the longer end during those periods.
