Framed Muse runs an online shop selling garden arches, trellises and outdoor structures. This page sets out the personal information involved in that, and how it is handled.
What information is gathered
Only what an order actually needs:
- Your name, delivery address, PIN code, phone number and email address
- A record of the purchase itself. Your UPI PIN and bank details stay with your bank
- Anything you write to us, so that we can answer and keep a record
- Standard website logs: browser, device type, rough location, pages opened
Purpose of collection
To pack and deliver your order, to answer you when you write in, to deal with returns and refunds, and to keep the records a business is obliged to keep.
Your details are never sold or passed to advertisers. Buying something does not sign you up to anything.
Third parties
Delivery partners receive the address and phone number needed to complete the drop. Beyond that, disclosure happens only under legal compulsion.
Cookies on this site
Functional cookies keep your basket and session alive between pages. They can be disabled in browser settings, but ordering then becomes impossible.
Retention
Completed orders stay on file for the statutory record-keeping period. Everything else is removed when it is no longer needed.
Security of your data
Traffic to this website is encrypted, and only staff working on orders can see customer records. Holding little data is itself part of the protection.
What you can ask for
You can ask what we hold, have errors corrected, or ask for deletion of anything not tied to a legal record-keeping duty. Write to welcome@framedmuse.shop and we will act within Monday - Saturday, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM IST. Closed on Sundays and public holidays.
Personal information is handled in line with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under it governing sensitive personal data.
We do not seek or knowingly retain personal information belonging to minors.
Updates
Any change is published on this page. Continuing to use the site after that counts as acceptance of the revised version.

Payment information
Because payment happens in your UPI app or in cash at the door, the site holds no payment instrument details of any kind.
Keeping records accurate
Details can be corrected while an order is still being packed. Email welcome@framedmuse.shop as soon as something changes.

No automated profiling
Nothing here is decided by an algorithm about you. Orders are picked, packed and checked by people, and returns are assessed by a person looking at the item.

The basis for holding your data
We rely on the order itself. You give an address so that a parcel can reach it, and that is the limit of what the information is used for.
A deletion request removes everything we are free to remove. Statutory records stay, and we explain what is retained.
