These terms govern every purchase made on Framed Muse. Placing an order means you accept them.

Who you are dealing with

This website is operated by Framed Muse, an independent retailer based at Baba Hospital Rd, Khand -2, Matiyari, chauraha, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh 226028, India. Business hours are Monday - Saturday, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM IST. Closed on Sundays and public holidays.

Framed Muse buys stock in and resells it. Manufacturer names and marks that appear on products remain the property of those manufacturers; using them to identify goods is not a claim of partnership.

Eligibility

You must be eighteen or older and able to enter into a contract. Orders are accepted for delivery to Indian addresses only.

Accuracy of listings

We take care with specifications and images. Slight variation between what you see and what arrives is possible and is not a defect.

Prices can be revised at any time. The figure confirmed at checkout is what governs your order.

Clear pricing mistakes do not create a binding sale. We will contact you, and refund in full if the order cannot stand.

When the contract is made

Your order is an offer. It becomes a contract when we accept it by dispatching the goods.

Key commercial terms

Payment is by UPI or Cash on Delivery, as set out in the Payment Policy. Delivery timings and charges are in the Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by the Return & Refund Policy, and orders stopped before dispatch by the Cancellation Policy.

No GST applies. The business trades under the registration threshold and issues an ordinary receipt.

What you may not do

There are limits on how the site may be used. You may not:

• Take copy or images from these pages for use on other sites
• Order goods with no intention of accepting delivery
• Use crawlers, scripts or tools that place unreasonable load on the server
• Interfere with the security of the site or probe it for weaknesses

Rights in this site

Original copy and layout here are ours. Anything belonging to a manufacturer — marks, logos, supplied imagery — stays theirs.

Limits on liability

Where something goes wrong, our liability does not exceed the value of the order concerned. Indirect losses fall outside it.

Statutory rights remain intact; this clause operates only so far as the law permits.

Force majeure

Delays caused by events beyond our control — weather, transport disruption, strikes, civil unrest, government action or utility failure — do not put us in breach. We tell you as soon as we know and offer a refund if the delay is unreasonable.

Which law applies

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction over any dispute.

Updates to this page

Any amendment appears on this page and applies to orders placed after it is published.

Availability

Occasionally an item is unavailable after an order is taken. You will be contacted with a choice: refund in full, or hold the order until stock returns.

Order quantities

Retail quantities are what this shop is set up for. Very large orders may be capped or declined; if you need volume, write to welcome@framedmuse.shop and we will quote separately.

Comments you post

We publish reviews as written. Nothing is removed for being critical. Content that is defamatory, obscene or plainly fabricated is taken down.

Partial invalidity

One unenforceable provision does not bring down the whole agreement; the remainder stands.

What forms the contract

This page plus the linked policies is the complete agreement. Anything promised outside it needs to be confirmed in writing to count.

Not acting on a breach immediately does not prevent us from acting on it afterwards.

Transferring this agreement

Neither side may hand this agreement to a third party without the other’s agreement, save that a sale of the business carries existing orders with it unchanged.

These terms are written in English. Headings are there to help you find things and do not change the meaning of what follows them.
